CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. You can request a return request through your customer account here. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item from your order and receive a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be reimbursed.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. Estimated delivery times will be within 4-9 business days. Depending on your location.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Currently, we ship only within Europe. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we’re unfortunately not shipping there yet – but we’re working on expanding!

WHAT PARCEL SERVICE DO YOU USE TO SHIP ORDERS?
